Click "GET STARTED!" to launch the software once you have successfully reinstalled Razer Cortex. Wait for a few minutes for Razer Cortex to download and install. Check "RAZER CORTEX" on the list of software to install on the Razer Gaming Software window, then click "INSTALL". Run the downloaded installer named "RazerCortexInstaller.exe". Visit the Razer Cortex page and click "DOWNLOAD NOW". 
To reinstall the latest version of Razer Cortex:
Click "CLOSE" once the uninstallation is completed. Select "YES, REMOVE" in the succeeding window. Check "RAZER CORTEX" from the list then click "UNINSTALL". when the Razer Gaming Software window pops up. Click "Yes" when you are prompted by the User Account Control. You will be informed that the app and all its related info will be uninstalled. Click "Razer Cortex", then select "Uninstall". Type "Cortex" in the search box under "Apps & features". Enter "Add or remove programs", and click the search result. To resolve this problem, uninstall then reinstall your Razer Cortex software. A software issue can cause your Razer Cortex not to launch.
